Delivery/Pick-Up Services

All Occasions Party Rental's uniformed delivery team serves Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, Maryland, and New York. The delivery/pick up fee is based on the delivery zip code. After-Hours Delivery/Pick Up is available to customers at an additional charge. This service is designed to accommodate any deliveries/pick ups that cannot be scheduled during All Occasions Party Rental's normal hours of operation. Time Important Deliveries/Pick Ups are available to customers that require a specific delivery/pick up time. For an additional charge, All Occasions Party Rental will schedule a specific time during All Occasions Party Rental's normal hours of operation to accommodate any busy schedule.

Set-Up/Strike

All Occasions Party Rental provides set up and strike services for tables, chairs, and linens for an additional fee. These arrangements must be scheduled prior to the delivery/pick up.

24 Hour Emergency Service

All Occasions Party Rental provides an emergency number for after hour's emergencies. All Occasions Party Rental has a representative on call 24 hours a day seven days a week for emergencies. This service provides our customers with the peace of mind and confidence that their event will be flawless. On-Site Personnel

All Occasions Party Rental will provide a technician to provide support with rental equipment issues that may occur. For an additional charge, a technician will remain on-site for the event duration. This service must be scheduled prior to delivery.

Experienced Staff

All Occasions Party Rental's management staff consists of a General Manager, Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager, and Sales Manager. Our sales staff is structured with Corporate and Event Specialists to support our clients. Our sales and delivery staff's combined talents and experience provide our clients with the finest service in the industry.

Computer Aided Drafting (CAD)

All Occasions Party Rental's trained staff can prepare computer-aided drawings. This drawing assists the customer with an event by providing a layout that indicates the location of tables, chairs, etc. A CAD will be prepared upon receipt of a confirmed reservation. This allows the customer to see the layout prior to the event.
